A culture of excellence is not something that happens by chance. It is the result of deliberate actions, consistent behaviors, and shared values that drive high performance. Managers must clearly communicate their organization’s shared mission and hire people who will be inspired to dedicate their talents to it.
The success of a company is closely linked to the excellence in delivering its products, services etc. to customers and society.
